Cuts Point helps creators find and rank highlight moments and viral moments in online videos you choose to analyze, with timestamp links so you can open those moments on the original platform. The Service is not a video download tool for saving full videos or media files from YouTube, Twitch, or other platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with YouTube, Twitch, and other platform terms when using content from those services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or abuse our API
- Submit content you do not have the right to analyze
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Use the service to download or redistribute copyrighted media without authorization
You are solely responsible for how you use highlight timestamps and any content you create afterward, including attribution, music rights, and platform community guidelines.
4. YouTube & third-party platforms
Cuts Point is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Twitch, or Amazon. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their terms. We access publicly available video data only as directed by you.
5. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Analysis speed and availability depend on third-party platforms and server capacity. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without uptime guarantees during beta.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE EXTENSION AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated highlight rankings may be inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUTS POINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local consumer protection rules.
